Responsible

• Proceed and follow up on international payments for goods
• Verify and compile financial transaction documents for international payments (both incoming and outgoing)
• Process and record international fund transfers
• Understand and accurately record foreign financial transactions
• Prepare documentation for international money transfers
• Verify L/C (Letter of Credit) documents for accuracy
• Calculate and prepare import product costs
• Check and prepare monthly stock reports
• Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions

More qualification

• Thai nationality (only)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in import-export business
• Understanding of Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading & writing)
• Proficient in ERP systems
• Knowledge of ISO/GMP standards is a plus
